Our natural spring water is sourced from the pristine springs of the Darling Ranges, where it is naturally filtered through layers of rock and sand as it gently travels underground, before being drawn from protected aquifers. This area is just north of Perth.
Yes, the water is tested. Spring water initially passes through a highly advanced 3 stage micro filtration stages (to 0.2 micron absolute level), then through a ultraviolet sterilizing unit, and then spring water is treated using a hi-tech electrolytic process, prior to bottling to ensure the absence of any harmful micro-organisms or bacteria.
The water is then bottled and transported to Living Springs.
Initially the bottles are screened at our warehouse for damage, solids and bottle defects before continuing to the bottling plant where they are inspected, if the bottles meet the standard they then are washed twice, then sanitized, rinsed twice before the final rinse and then filled and capped.

Depending on your area and if you require a delivery on a regular basis you will be allocated to delivery run on a specific day, either fortnightly or monthly. If you are a customer who orders water on a as needed basis simply get in touch with our team when you order and we should be able to let you know when to expect delivery.
Delivery runs may be affected by Public holidays – you should receive contact from the team via SMS to let you know an alternative date or to remind you to leave your bottles out.
