PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Living Springs and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Living Springs does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Living Springs itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
All the prices displayed on the Living Springs website are processed in Australian Dollars ($ AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).
APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting Living Springs, you agree that the laws of the state of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Living Springs or its associates.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Living Springs or to products you purchase through Living Springs shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Western Australia, Australia, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Living Springs' intellectual property rights, Living Springs may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Western Australia, Australia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATIONS AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

SHIPPING
Living Springs' services to the South West of Western Australia from Pinjarra to Augusta and no more than 100km inland. Our Website provides an approximation of our delivery areas. If your delivery address is outside of the displayed area, please do not hesitate to call us on 08 9728 0333 or email us at accounts@livingsprings.com.au Our friendly staff will then organise delivery and inform you about the costs and further details.
The prices shown on the check out page include delivery, all costs quoted are based on front door basis. In any case, if you have trouble getting your water inside let us know.

DAMAGED GOODS
Living Springs will do the best to make sure your purchases are under perfect condition when they arrive to you. But in very rare cases, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, we require you to send us the evidence of the damage/fault such as photographic or video footage within 24 hours via email to accounts@livingsprings.com.au. So we highly recommend you to inspect the item(s) as soon as you receive it (them), it is the customers’ responsibility to adhere to our claims process including providing proof of damages and arranging for products to be returned for inspection. Any damages or faults reported after 24 hours will be treated as a warranty claim and the customers will be solely liable for the shipment cost in the claim process.
RETURN
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but sometimes you just get it wrong or sometimes it’s not what you expect, so if you wish to return the item, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Our policy is simple, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we promise a refund, credit or exchange, whatever you prefer.
The item needs to be returned within SEVEN days of purchase as long as the item is in exactly the same condition as when purchased. All items must be in original wrappings and packaging and not assembled or part assembled in any way.
It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. Living Springs takes no responsibility for lost goods and the customers will be solely liable for the cost of replacing damaged rented coolers and water heaters.
WARRANTY
Living Springs provides a 12 month warranty on all cooler products (unless otherwise stated in product detail page). Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, damage arising from abnormal use, not properly maintained and being modified goods. Living Springs has the ultimate discretion to obtain proof of purchase and any further information to decide on warranty outcomes. Products will be repaired or replaced, depending on product circumstances and it is solely at Living Springs' discretion.
